Edible Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Confession: I’ve had this 3 times over the past week.

Why you ask? because it is A-MAZ-ING.



I know you all think I’m crazy for constantly posting these dessert recipes but hear me out:

There are multiple reasons why this one is worth trying: for starters, almost everyone I know LOVES cookie dough, but generally doesn’t eat it because of the eggs and because of the insane amount that comes out when you make it. THIS recipe is suited for 1-2 people (I generally cut it in half when I don’t want to have too much), nick and I can share it as is. It is also eggless (totally edible). There is no white sugar (y’all know how I hate white sugar). I always have these ingredients on hand. It fits in a mug. And it’s totally delicious.

Edible Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Serves: 2
Cook/Prep Time: 5 minutes


  • ½ C Brown Sugar
  • 2/3 C Flour
  • ¼ C Chocolate Chips
  • 4 tbsp softened butter
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla


  1. Mix together brown sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt until well mixed.
  2. Add in milk and gradually add flour until desired dough consistency is reached.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
